Free Trial – We offer a free trial class to any child or adult considering being a member of North Jersey Judo. You will be able to see your child or you’re self in action to help make a decision if Judo is right for you. We will offer you a free Judo gi for your trial class and later discuss any questions you have about your experience.

Free NJJ Logo Embroidery – All Judo gis that our purchased with a membership come with a our logo embroidered into the Judo gi at no extra cost to you. We use Judo Gis from Judo Unlimited located in California.

Billing – We offer detailed monthly invoicing along with optional ACH recurring billing from your bank account or credit card. North Jersey Judo has partnered with Pay Simple to provide this value added service with no hassle contracts. You have the option of going month to month with us.

Competition Team – North Jersey Judo has members that compete at local and regional level tournaments and very soon national tournaments. If you or your child is interested in a sport or martial art that has competition opportunities, North Jersey Judo is the place for you. There is no extra cost in joining our competition team.

Competition DVDs – All members that compete and place get a free DVD of any matches taped along with our North Jersey Judo DVD cover. Members can enjoy showing family members and friends of he/she in action at a tournament. This is a big hit with the kids.

Judo Birthday Parties - North Jersey Judo is proud to announce that we will now be hosting birthday parties for peewees, juniors and teens. Our Judo parties will be fun, exciting and a unique way to celebrate your child’s birthday! Our staff keeps all the kids entertained while teaching them fun and exciting skills. Kids will be able to play games, build confidence, teamwork and focus. Your child and their friends will learn a Judo standing technique and ground technique. Our one hour class is followed by pizza, drinks and a birthday cake.

Age Specific Parties / Age Groups:
• PeeWees Judo: 4 to 6 years old
• Juniors Judo: 7 to 12 years old
• Teens and Adult parties

Our Guarantee: North Jersey Judo is a conventional Judo Club with many junior and senior practicing judokas, competitors and, we are proud to say, champions on the local and regional level judo tournaments. We approach these birthday parties as serious as we do our competitions. We guarantee that your child's birthday party will be well organized and professionally done. Every child and parent will be grinning from ear to ear for the duration of the party. Don’t forget your camera!

Private Lessons are available by appointment only. For lessons with Ramon Hernandez for non members price is $100.00. Discounted price available for current NJJ members for $60.00. Lesson Curriculum is planned around needs of NJJ member or non member.

Judo Unlimited Judo Gis
North Jersey Judo practices and competes in Judo Unlimited Judo Gis located in California. All of our child size Judo Gis come embroidered before it arrives at the dojo. Judo Unlimited is now the most popular Judo gi in the United States and proof of that is watching what other Judokas are wearing when you go to any US National or Junior National tournament. You can even tell that at local tournaments. They have been able to supply to all Judo dojos a durable gi at an affordable price. Judo Unlimited is our choice to practice and compete with at North Jersey Judo.
